TouchBase Online Payments

Highland Community School District utilizes InTouch Receipting for online payments. Patrons can deposit money into lunch accounts, pay school registration fees, or settle any other fees owed to the school online. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & VISA credit cards. Debit cards with the aforementioned logos are also accepted, but will run as credit.


Parents/Guardians

You will need a PowerSchool Parent Portal account to access TouchBase. If you don’t have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please call your school office to get an account set up. 


Please sign into to PowerSchool to access TouchBase.  The steps below can only be done using an internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Android browser, etc. (computer, tablet) and CANNOT be done using the Powerschool Mobile App.

 
  1. Sign into PowerSchool.
  2. Once signed in, click the icon in the left panel labeled Purchases and Payments (see image on left).

    You will immediately be taken to TouchBase without having to sign in...

Staff Account Password Change

For Staff Lunch Deposits or other purchases

Username: Your 'all-numeric' staff ID

Password: Set or Reset Your Password

If you are unaware of your Name ID please contact the finance office
